Returns & Exchanges

At 53 Degrees North, we want you to love your new gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and the completed return form are included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
